Partner With eNotary New England

You refer the client. We handle the notarization.

eNotary New England provides secure and convenient remote online notarization for attorneys and their clients.

How It Works

What Happens When You Refer a Client

1. Prepare Docs 2. Schedule & Pay 3. Verify ID 4. Live Session 5. Receive Docs
1

Prepare the Documents

Documents requiring notarization are uploaded and prepared for the session. When appropriate, the law firm may provide the documents directly.

2

Schedule and Pay

The client selects an appointment and completes payment. The appointment is confirmed only after payment has been received.

3

Verify Identity

The signer completes the required identity-verification process, which may include knowledge-based authentication (KBA), credential analysis, and government-issued ID verification. When permitted, these steps may be completed before the scheduled session.

4

Complete the Live Session

At the scheduled time, the signer joins our secure, branded remote notarization platform, where the notarial act is completed by live audiovisual communication.

5

Receive the Completed Documents

The notarized documents are then made available electronically according to the applicable transaction workflow.

For Your Practice

A Convenient Resource for Your Practice

Traveling Clients

Clients away from home can complete notarization without returning to your office.

Homebound Clients

Support clients who cannot easily travel to an in-person notary.

Distant Clients

Serve clients across state lines when remote notarization is permitted.

Convenience

Offer a flexible option for clients who prefer completing eligible notarizations remotely.

Remote notarization may be especially useful for clients who are traveling, homebound, geographically distant, or simply prefer the convenience of completing an eligible notarization remotely.

The availability of remote notarization depends on the document and applicable law. eNotary New England does not provide legal advice; attorneys should determine whether remote execution and notarization are appropriate for the documents involved.
